What a great Pot-Luck! Thanks to everyone who came and made food, it was awesome! Meredith had a blast too, and can't wait to come back. So if you missed out, no worries! You'll get another chance to ask her some questions about her crazy triathlonin'-ways soon!

I've got big news, we've just added another trail race to the calendar (in the lower left on this page). That's right Angel Island on Sunday, January 10th! Its gonna be HUGE! So I've setup a Facebook Event Page for this occassion, and I hope you'll be able to make it.

You NEED to register in advance for this race (more than 2 weeks beforehand) as it WILL sellout early! Another bonus is that we can all celebrate the race afterward together at Sam's Cafe in Tiburon, you won't wanna miss it!
