Welcome to the New Year ladies & gents!

This weekend (Sunday, Jan 10th) a few of us will be running the Pacific Coast Trail Runs' Angel Island Trail Race. I'll be sure to preview the course for those involved after our Thursday night runs. Remember we're starting later in 2010, 6:10PM for the 10km and 6:25PM for the 5km!
